Don't want to say the other translations are bad but I have never heard them in spoken german.

ich bin mir sicher dir geht es genauso
but would also not really fit.

It would meet the english...

fuer etwas/jmdn gelten = to hold true for sthg/someone.

So basically, i'm sure it holds true for you too, which has the same meaning as i'm sure it's the same for you too.

but wouldn't quite meet the english i think.
another expression i just remembered was
ich bin mir sicher dir geht es genauso
