With the word 'all' meaning 'every single one of them' and me having at least one friend who doesn't sleep around when she's drunk, I believe the answer to your question is a resounding no.
Yes. Every single girl ever sleeps around when drunk, and always has done, every single time they have been drunk. Ever.
