I had completed the induction and booked an arrival slot a few days ago but got an email saying i have to do it again is this a bug or will i miss out on my arrival slot

Just to give you an update, it seems that with a few of the inductions there was a technical error and they didn't submit properly. We're really sorry about this, if you could resubmit your induction that would be great.
