Those things aren't worth the space they take on a personal statement - get some actual work experience related to medicine, e.g. volunteering for St John Ambulance, or work experience at your local hospital (boring but ultimately get you more Brownie points).
Make sure you have something in a caring role such as a hospice. Some unis ask for hospital work experience but all ask for evidence of care in the community. Have you been on any particularly good camps in the CCF or done DofE or anything like that?
Why don't you read some of the medicine PS's in the TSR PS Library. They are rated and will show you whether they got offers or not. Wouldn't that be a better use of your time than starting more threads that only show how little you know about the application process? The problem is you know so little you can't evaluate the advice you are being given.
You are "allowed" to put whatever you like in a PS.
