YOU'RE PERFECT!

All that is important when it comes to weight and health is to eat properly (5 fruit&veg etc.) and exercise regularly. Don't lose any more weight!

Having a "healthy" BMI isn't the same as being perfect... looking smokin' hot may not have anything to do with health but that doesn't mean it's not worth aspiring to! If she wants to lose weight, let her- chances are she'll be happier with her body.
