UCAS application form- Education Section, 2 sets of GCSE results

Hi. I'm currently filling in the education section of my UCAS form online and apparently I need to enter every grade and qualification right? Well, I have a slight problem. I sat my English Language and Maths GCSEs in school in 2007 and received a D grade in both. However, in 2013, I resat them in college and gained a B grade in both. Do I put both both sets of results in separately within the appropriate schools/centres for the different years? or do I leave the D grades out altogether? Most entry requirements I've looked at for universities mention at least a C or above in Maths and English and I'm worried that even now I have a B grade in them, my original grade, i.e. the Ds will put universities off looking at my application. Does anyone know what to do about this? Thanks in advance
Put both sets.

UCAS display quals to unis with most recent at the top so your resits will be seen before the lower grades.
Aah, that's good to know  I will do, thanks for your help
