Hi, hello, hey, oi, <name>, etc. - which one do you use/like most?

Probably 'hi', 'hey' is usually accompanied with a creepy face :colone::tongue:

I'd be very inclined to ignore someone if they said 'oi' to me. :colonhash:

I don't find hello too formal with friends...to be honest I didn't even think of that until now.

It depends who's addressing me: if it's an acquaintance, hi or hello is expected, but if it's a close friend or family member, an "oi" or my name is totally fine.
