I received the health form by email. I got an e-mail about the DBS then a second email an hour later with the health form attached.

It's asking for the Candidate Reference, is that the CSR number at the start of emails?
Got an email a while ago saying I'll find out whether I have something by the end of June

(Not TSP, an EO role)
Hello! For those people who have accepted an O/HO position at HMRC after being unsuccessful in the application process for the TSP Graduate Program, I have created a new thread to keep sharing info and relieve this thread of the pressure of our stress, given that this is a TSP thread.

You can find it here, I hope we can all contribute to make it a thread as successful as this one!

So I'm TSP starting September in Belfast, any others?

Are you already living here/ what's your background? Have you received letter of offer yet?

I had a reply from the lady who I emailed my acceptance to, Sharan Gill, confirming she had registered me. This was the day after I replied to her.

No you won't get one. If you've confirmed you're going then you'll be down. They would have got in touch with you if they hadn't got you down as attending on a day.

Don't worry you'll be in the pool of candidates who have the jobs now. So if you haven't done anything or missed any forms they will contact you regarding getting them completed. So if you've not heard anything you've probably done it right. Just relax and enjoy your summer before the intense 4 years begins!
Answers to a few questions/points in the last few pages...

1) Tutorials will be with people in the same intake and same line of business (mid size business or large business), and generally same office or geographical area for the first 2 years. When you get streamed you will be in groups with people in the same specialised area.

2) Working at HMRC will not count towards ACCA or any other accountancy qualification. The qualifications you receive are all internal. The first 2 years of TSP are accredited by AAT (but are not qualifications from them) and currently the second 2 years are accredited by MMU and result in a degree.

3) You don't get to choose which business area you are in. When you are streamed you will get to specify a preference, but where you are placed depends on business need, and this is most likely where you will be placed upon promotion to grade 7.

4) The medical form/GPs details is not for any background check or anything, it is just so they have the details in case of emergency.

5) We're not technically on full flexi - what we are actually on is called TOIL - time off in lieu. This means that you are able to bank extra hours worked, and subject to your manager's agreement, you may be able to take some of these off at another time.

just to let you know, ive withdrawn my application, so if you're on the reserve list, you might get a call some time soon.
Anyone else receive a letter from OHAssist in the post asking you to complete an online pre-employment health screening questionnaire?
Location details seem to be getting sent round currently. It sort of makes it more real.
Just had an email about DBS being sent off mid june and confirmation of welcome event attendance
Yeah that same email should have location and area of business details within.

Shiloh333@ what business unit are you in? I am joining mid size businesses.
I take it we are moved around business areas during the tsp. does anyway know how long we spend in each area and what the process is for streaming which lama mentioned

I'm not sure whether that part saying which size business is just referring to the business size for the contact given
??

But yeah mine says mid business too

I may have misinterpreted it but from lamas post I read it as you get streamed after the first two years and just before hand you can put in a preference of what area you would like to specialise in?

I wouldn't call what I get time off in lieu. Granted I never did the graduate scheme but I can generally come and go as I please. Provided I'm not scheduled in for meeting or anything. I think it depends on who your manager is regarding how flexible they are with the whole thing.
