Unable to login to Student Finance England

Hi

I have been unable to log in to my Student Finance account, as the website is currently unavailable.

I have also been unable to get through to Student Finance team over the phone because of the automated system in terms of my security answer - it doesn't correctly identify one of the letters.

I wanted to check my account because I have not yet been paid my loan and grant. I understand that it does take a while for it to be paid, but I am very hard-up, and my only parent is unable to help financially.

When you call on 0300 100 0607 there is an option for you to choose you don't know your secret answer and you can get through to an advisor. Please give us a call and we can help.
