Whats best??

Economics at a top uni, or a medical degree in terms of career prospects, earning power, and quality of life.
Depends. Economic jobs are boring, medical jobs are interesting.

Depends on what someone would define as 'best'. I'd personally would go for Economics as the wages in Economics jobs can go crazy high. Even though medical related jobs are well paid as well, the amount of work they have to do to get to that position and while at that position is a lot more, I personally don't see the point (I'm basing this on money), again its only my opinion.
