Hey, we have a top floor apartment just a 10-15 minute walk away from the university. There is already two of us but we need a 3rd to be allowed to move in so need someone ASAP!

Hey, I'm not a student anymore but I've just graduated! Is the room still available? And if it is, would the landlord be happy with a non student living there that works full time at Rosie's?
