Help with college application form

I am currently awaiting a decision from student finance Wales regarding my entitlement to a tuition fee grant however I have been told to fill out my enrolment form and send it back to the college ASAP to secure my place on the course but I'm stuck on what option I need to tick regarding payment, the options are: no fees applicable and I will pay (followed by space for my card details), I will only be starting the course if I can get the grant as I cannot afford it otherwise so don't really want them taking money from my account.
Anyone know?
