Am I still undergoing puberty?
I'm 18 years old, male, 183cm, 75kg with a small penis and very puffy nipples. My foreskin is also EXTREMELY tight. I can't retract the foreskin even a bit. What does my penis even look like??(LOL). I don't know what I did to deserve all these shortcomings but it's really annoying to live with as it affects my self-esteem greatly. So do you think this is only because I'm still in the pubertal process?

You might be... but if your foreskin is tight, I don't think its likely to get that much better so you should definitely see your gp about that.
