Oxford or Cambridge?

Well yeah but i thought my application would be strong and with a good interview i would get the offer. Now i feel that there is no chance or something. Its just like A*'s mean nothing...

No, it just means that three A*s are insufficient in themselves to identify the very top students, who have not yet reached their full potential. This isn't your fault, it's the fault of the system which has allowed grade-creep to the extent that there are now more students with these grades than there are places at Oxbridge.

So nowadays your chances are slight at cambridge even with 3A*'s... cool stuff haha

Firstly, I never said chances were "slight", I said "I'd say go a notch lower".

Secondly, Cambridge look at the UMS remember, so like it has been concreted in the posts above me, the successful applicant in cambridge on average scores 96% onwards, whereas the OP falls short on this.
