My boyfriend never wants to do anything

one day I was in a mood and I said 'don't bother getting me a Christmas present' and he said 'are you sure?' And ' Will just a card do then?'. And I was expecting him to say ',of course I'm getting you a Christmas present your my girlfriend' but no. I get the feeling he's tight with his money :/

Maybe don't lie to him then

Tell him you're not happy and need some changes. Give him a chance and if he doesn't, break up with him.
