Masturbate less. I heard a while ago that this is a common problem among guys who masturbate too much or too vigourously.

Hi,

I'm in a similar situation - I like to pleasure the girl before I finish, however, my girlfriend thinks it is down to her and it really isn't. My advice (or what works for me) is;
1) I make sure she is looked after first
2) then I concentrate on me, by this point I need a break
3) so we lie on the bed and talk for a bit
4) then I go for seconds
5) Rinse and repeat - usually two or three times I finish.

She's happy, I'm happy, we're all happy!
