Healthy, filling snack ideas

I'm trying to eat clean..
And by clean I mean I'm just reduced how much snacking I do.. So not really clean. But it's a start.

However, I'm ALWAYS hungry.. And I mean ravenous. Whereas before I'd had a snickers bar, or a big slice of cake.. I'm finding fruit and plain crackers just don't fill me up. I need some easy, quick snacks that will keep me going.. Nothing that needs preparation.. Just things I can keep with me to nibble on.

Nakd bars are great for this :smile:
Almonds, other nuts (protein and EFAs innit)
Yoghurt, the kind you can stick in a knapsack or tupperware box with a plastic spoon
…protein shake? Although that requires some (mild) prep and you probably already use them
