Where can I get a skirt like this????????????????

I'm looking for a more formal looking slim/narrow maxi skirt in black. One that doesn't make me look wide and is more fitting. All the ones I see are either spandex and narrow or more wide and none of them would suit me. Please let me know. I've seen girls around me wearing nice slim fitting maxi skirts that make you look slim and hug your body more. I can never find these online and I just don't have time to go from store to store. Any advice?
