Each table has its own method of compiling the ranking and THE's method puts Oxford first while the Guardian etc. puts Cambridge first. To be honest when it comes that close it's often down to the number of citations a university racks up. THE, however, uses global reputation as a major factor in which Oxford does slightly better, although on a national level this is reduced so isn't such a deciding factor.
