IB student applying for Engineering

Hi all,

I'm an IB student in Hong Kong and wanna apply for Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I'm only predicted a 37 but the minimum requirement is 38, plus I didn't do GCSEs before. Is there still any chance? Or is the course too competitive I should give up? Will I still get interviewed if I apply? And what's the proportion of IB to A-Level people in Engineering?

Are you aiming for Oxford or Cambridge? Because I believe there are many UK Universities whose minimum IB requirements are as low as 32 or so.

Imperial, UCL, Manchester, and not sure abt the other two, but I'm aiming for Imperial

The minimum is 38+ but realistically Imperial will probably want around 40+
