Struggling with healthy Uni food ideas?

I've not eaten crisps or chocolate or any takeaway food,and don't intend to.I only eat like once a day if Im hungry.

Keep it up.


Fresh fruit.

Veg.

Grilled meat with the fat trimmed off.

Plenty of herbs and spices.

Avoid dressings and sauces.

Try to keep alcohol to only every other day, and avoid blue drinks and mixers.

Avoid anything with sweeteners in.

Pasta.

Avoid processed foods.

Cook in bulk and freeze excess.

Of all the take-aways, kebabs are - surprisingly - the least bad.
