Isn't the legal definition of death no brain activity anyway? Pretty sure it has been a while since death was considered to be the heart stopping.
Well, I said 'a definition' - the legal/medical one is brain activity I think, but I think some people still see the heart stopping as death, hence 'I died for 3 minutes' etc meaning my heart stopped for 3 mins.
this is not life after death for pete sake. they found evidence of some brain activity after death or something to that effect. I would not call that life after death.
