Advanced Higher Biology Investigations - Immunology

As I'm hoping to study Immunology next year at university, I was wondering if there are any good investigations that would link to the subject.

All suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Nothing that is really specifically immunology as you can't get your hands on antibodies! But you could do electrophoresis of various proteins maybe? Or you could go down the microbiology route and culture various bacteria, maybe comparing culture conditions or presence of antibiotic/antiseptic/detergent etc
