Would you live by yourself? Living outside halls

If you have Aspergers you should be able to get an ensuite room if you want one, and you would probably be well-placed to get a place in halls every year. Most people find living in halls in first year is a good way of making some friends who aren't on their course, and making friends might be an issue for you.

However, if you aren't good with change, can make friends relatively easily, really value predictability and stability and can afford to pay for a whole flat to yourself, then living on your own outside halls may be a good idea. Best of luck with whatever you decide to do - and consider applying for DSA, if you haven't thought about it already.
It isn't weired and you have to do, what is best for you and not what might be seen as weired. (At least that counts for in fact unweired stuff, as having an own flat).

It is often expensive, so for most students it wouldn't be an alternative, anyway, which does not mean, they wouldn't choose it. The only town you can't recommand - unless money really isn't an issue - is London, but I guess you already took the living costs in consideration, when choosing, where to apply.
