no Labour supporters have an opinion on this?
Check out labour25 dot com it's a site dedicated to exposing Labour paedophiles.

Of course they did, how else could the likes of Cyril Smith get away with it for so long, I'd be very surprised if it were only Labour and the LibDems in on these kind of deals though.

In the late 1960s Lancashire police carried out several investigations into Smith's behaviour, compiling an 80-page file. The suggestion is that police were ready to prosecute.

However, veiled threats from local liberals meant the case was dropped and the file locked away in a safe at Special Branch, which has responsibility for national security. Labour MP Jack McCann, Smith's predecessor as MP for Rochdale, also spoke to the DPP on Smith's behalf.

By 1977, the Liberal party was the junior party in a pact with the country's ruling Labour party. MI5 now also took an interest in Smith's background.

Former Special Branch detective Tony Robinson told Dispatches he was contacted by MI5, who requested he send them the file by special courier. By now Lancashire police, Special Branch and MI5 knew about the allegations.

A leading candidate for the Lib Dem presidency was yesterday accused of helping cover up Cyril Smith’s vile catalogue of child sex abuse.

Liz Lynne, who succeeded Smith as MP for Rochdale, allegedly ordered her PA to destroy several pages of notes containing a stream of allegations against the paedophile

This is from too long ago to matter to modern politics. Almost all the current MP's won't have been involved at all.

Well that's a pretty disgusting way of looking at it.

Why? The OP is clearly making a political point when none exists.

Racist anti-white paedophile rape cover up is still going on.

Sure it's Ace123 quoting Breitbart, but its exactly that kind of attitude that helped in allowing it to happen and its cover up in the first place. There are victims that have gone without justice with no evidence that anything has changed and there still are MPs and Lords there that were involved.

If this was going on now my response would be very different. Realising that something that happened some time ago does not effect modern politics is not allowing it to happen. I'm not saying that what happened is right, or that it should not be investigated or seen as wrong, but that it is politically irrelevant.

In the article there was only a mention of at most 1 MP currently involved.

But this sort of thing needs to be dredged up so threads about muslim paedos can be derailed.

If it were it's unlikely we would know about it and why wouldn't it be happening now, what has changed to prevent it? **** all. Rotherham has been covered up until very recently and theres still nothing happening there.

It's that it sounds an awful lot like the attitude that allegedly led Liz Lynne to destroy evidence.

Yes, only one MP mentioned in relation to Rochdale, it was a far wider problem than just Rochdale, and even there, theres potential for others not mentioned in that article. Even one MP is one too many.

What exactly is the point of this post? Hypocrite much?

It needs to be dredged up so that victims can get justice and it can be prevented from happening again.

I believe it is happening now, there is the story of Hollie Greig, a downs syndrome girl from Aberdeen, I have read a lot on that case, and I can't see it as anything other than a cover-up.

I'd bet money that there are current MPs involved in the same degeneracy.

Labour sacrifice our own children to mass rape as protecting the image of pakistanis is more important than the physical safety of our own children.

This is what liberalism and multicululturalism is and you only have to look at Sweden to reinforce this opinion
