I realised today that I'm not eating anywhere near enough and I don't see myself being able to bulk cleanly anytime soon. Additionally, I have quite a bit of fat that I need to lose (as shown in the pictures) so I've decided to do the cutting version of ICF 5x5, or ICF 3x5 as it should be known. Tried it today and it seemed a little... short. However if I'm trying to lose some fat then I need to go on a cut, so this is what I'm going to do.

Today's workout:
Barbell Row: 50kg 3x5
Squats: 70kg 3x5
Deadlift: 70kg 1x5
Standing Press: 35kg 3x5
Cable Crunches: 32.5kg 3x10
Straight Bar Arm Curls: 25kg 3x8

Didn't do dips today as my chest + triceps were still badly aching from Monday (one of the reasons I realised I wasn't eating enough), Did the workout in about 45minutes, it seemed way too quick though.
