Nationality and Eligiblity for applying loan

Hi, I'm a student from Turkey and I'll be applied for UK university within 2 months. However, when I check the UK government website, I couldn't find anything that makes me eligible for applying. Can you tell me a way that I can find some ? Thanks

As I said, I'm not "qualified" enough to get loan from UK government. Do you know any place that I can apply for interest free loan which will be enough to pay tution? Thanks

Any loan that you apply for as far as we are aware will accrue interest.
