Guys, i want to apply for computer science. Might do year abroad...
AS: DDU (U in maths but dropped)
A2 Predicted: BB
Since i dropped maths i picked up subsidary diploma btec business and i am predicted a Distinction in it.

My potential choices:
Queen Mary

And maybe Aston

Will i need to provide the uni with my AS grades? even maths?

As I'm a non-eu student, I'm not very familiar with UK-grading systems, but yes-if your grades are certificated then you have to type in your AS grades on the UCAS application. If your predicted are way higher than your AS grades then universities may think that you're over predicted and even if you manage to get an offer, it'd be difficult for you to meet their requirements if you don't work hard.
Good luck.
P.S- Are you applying without maths?

What's your first choice?

AS Results: 6As in Maths, Further Maths, Computing, Economics, Physics and Critical Thinking

A2 Predictions: 4A*s in Maths, Further Maths, Computing and Physics

University Choices: Oxford, Imperial, UCL, KCL and Queen Mary

I'm going for just plain CompSci at all of these since I'm not sure what I'd like to specialise in yet as I don't have a great deal of in depth CompSci knowledge.

Bath or Warwick, probably overly-optimistic but I figured i'd pop one of the two in there. You?

My first choice is Manchester. However, I love Sheffield as well. If I get offers from both, it's gonna be a tough time deciding. I have visited Liverpool once, but I was so small that I don't really remember what's Liverpool like. :tongue:Cardiff seems great, so does QUB. In a nutshell- I love all of 'em but Sheffield and Manchester are my favorites right now.
Halamadrid777 - what are your predicted grades if you don't mind sharing. Thanks

I'm applying, for Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence though.
I haven't applied yet, but I'm planning to apply to Nottingham, Leeds, Hertfordshire, Aberystwyth and Aberdeen.

For GCSE I got 2 A*'s, 5 A's, 1 B and a C.
My AS grades are BBC and I already have one a-level which is a B. I'm not studying maths, though.
My predicted grades are ABB or AAB, I'm not entirely sure what I'm getting. I'm not counting the C, it's in drama and as I already have a B in a different subject it shouldn't count against me. As long as I have 3 A-levels of the right grades.
