im about to go into my first year at norwich, i choose it because the facilities are new, and the course is brand new, innovative and looked exciting to me, i'll get back to you and let you know what i think once teaching has commenced but yes the offer is givien after interview but dont be scared they are really freindly and just want to see what type of person you are and what your expectations are.
