IELTS speaking test

Hi, I am a student from Hong Kong and I am now study in Amsterdam.
I have problem with my speaking test for IELTS and I hope someone can give me some advice.
I have never passed a single speaking test, notwithstanding the language of the test I took(both of my first language and also English), since I have a social anxiety disorder, and I feel so nervous when I am talking to the others.(I feel nervous even when I am speaking, in my first language, to the cashier in McDonald). When I feel nervous, I can't think of anything to say.
My school needs an overall score of 7, and no elements below 7 for the bachelor degree.(I am now studying in the Undergraduate Foundation Programme)
I scored 8.5 in reading and listening, 6.5 in writing, and 5.5 in speaking.
Now, I think I can never have a 7 in speaking, and I think my university life is done.
What can I do? Can anyone give me any advice?:frown:
