BDO school leavers

So I've just started the school leavers programme with BDO and obviously I'm having the 'missing out on uni' Blues, probably just because it's been freshers and what not but I'm just wondering what everyone else's opinion is because as I'm beginning to familiarise my self with my new work environment I'm beginning to worry that I overlooked the idea of not having a degree too quickly. Will I be discriminated against when going for a future job just because I don't have a degree and even though I will be a CA? I presume not within accounting but I'm guessing it'll be a real pain to move into anything like banking without? Any advice would help!
