How much cell stock do I need?

Hey, I have 1x10^7 cells in 10mls at a density of 1x10^6cells/ml. I need to seed 25cm^2 flask with 4x10^5 cells. So how do I work out how much cell stock I need in micro litres?

You need 4*10^5 cells, which is the same as 0.4*10^6. As the density is 1*10^6 cells/ml, you need 0.4ml = 400μl.

At least I think that's right. Does that make sense to you?
