4) Offer/Rejection/Interview

I may as well start
1) Applied for Film and Television production as well as Television Production alone
2) Of The Arts London, For the Creative Arts and UCLAN
3) A Levels: English Language, English literature and Psychology
4) Not heard back yet but it is only really early days

Hello! My name is Hailey Raio and I'm from Florida, US!

1. I've applied for the BSc Cognitive Neuroscience Honours Programme and have been accepted for the 2015 Year 1 Entry with an unconditional offer.

2. I also applied to UCL, Royal Holloway, and King's College.

Due to insufficient funds, I decided to take a gap year to work a full-time job (and a part-time job on top of that, yikes) in order to save up money. Getting a visa is proving to be difficult as I have to show proof of the full tuition cost and maintenance fees (£22,000) in my banking account for 28 days before applying, but I know I'll get there.

3. My ACT score was a 28 (the entry-requirements were to score at least a 26). I also took AP (advanced placement) and honours courses in high school, so I was able to get college credit.

4. The offer was unconditional, and it took approximately 3 weeks to hear back from all of my choices.

I'll be studying at the Regent campus and am not quite sure about accomodation yet.

1. Applied for Television Production

2. Also going to apply (Haven't sent off my UCAS yet aha!) for Bournemouth, Bedfordshire and Birmingham City. BUT I WANT TO GO WESTMINSTER!

3. BTEC subsidiary diploma in Performing Arts, Philosophy & Ethics, and currently doing an Access course Business program. (Which sounds weird I know but I need the UCAS points)

4. UCAS application yet to send off! I've been to an open day there and it's amazing! I spoke to the course leader and she is lovely also.

Did they ask for your transcripts? Then give your offer? As for accommodation I'm thinking Student Court Wembley. Thats only if they give me an offer. So Im hoping to hear back soon!

Hey, just sent off my application for both BA Film and BA Television Production at Westminster! Also applying to Central Lancashire, Portsmouth and York. Westminster BA Film is definitely going to be my firm choice if I'm lucky enough to get an offer!

I wasn't asked for anything beyond the information I provided on the UCAS application. It was all very straightforward. Let me know what you decide and if you're successfully offered a place! Good luck!

EDIT: CONGRATULATIONS ON ACCEPTANCE! Maybe we can help each other through the battle of securing housing! Haha.

Hey! I've applied for BA Film at Westminster, York and AUB as well! If your York interview is on the 26th I'll see you there.

How did you find out AUB had turned you down, through UCAS Track or their internal tracking thing?

I'm doing A-Level psychology, history, and philosophy/ethics which is why I expect AUB to turn me down too, although it's my first choice.

1) Applying for Business Management (specialising in Entrepreneurship atm)
2) Also applying for Brunel, Goldsmiths, Brookes & QMUL, haven't decided my 5th choice yet!
3) Studying A Levels in Economics, Business and Psychology. Dropped Philosophy & Ethics after AS.
4) Not applied yet, but I'd imagine Westminster will likely be my 2nd/3rd choice, as I went on an open day to Brunel and it was great :P

Thank you! They received it last Friday so 6 days.
Hey guys,

I'm a current student at The University of Westminster studying PR and Advertising. I've lived in London now for two years and I absolutely love it!! When I was applying for uni I was sooo nervous about coming down to London. I didn't know what to expect, and there wasn't very many helpful forums about London life for students. Therefore I want to write this to those students that have any questions regarding London. I'll answer any question as best as I can so please feel free to comment
