Fine arts
Anyone into the so called "fine arts"? Hate the term for the implicit snobbery but it'll do in a pinch.
By fine arts I mean cinema/music/visual art/literature which is held up as a standard or as an example of great craftsmanship.
Im a musician and I would cite artists as far ranging as Radiohead, Laura Nyro Flying Lotus and Bjork all the way through to Ravel Scriabin Coltrane Tyner and the rest.
Reason I ask is that it might be worth creating some sort of collaborative "thing" where musicians can find filmmakers willing to experiment and so on and so forth.
