Why are Barber Shops Racially Segregated? :S

Not something that I've noticed before up until a new barber shop opened. One has excursively white customers, the new one is run by a black male with only black customers? :confused:

I've also just generally noticed this in day to day affairs whilst walking the streets (passing businesses).
Cutting black hair is different to cutting hair of other races because of the different texture and unsurprisingly it's mainly black barbers who know how to do a good job on it.
