All a waste of time?

I did badly in my as levels this year b, maths, c, philosophy, d biology and e physics
i have dropped the physics

I am now applying for uni places but feel so rubbish about it.

i am thinking if applying for maybe joint honours in economics and philosophy and was going to apply for reading Cardiff Uea southampton not sure about 5th.

they all need AAB/Abb

am am I wasting my time?

my family who know nothing about going to uni want me to put at least two unis with bcc grades but they just don't appeal to me when I look at the courses

i would be grateful for any advice really as all my focus is going on this at the moment instead of studying
Do you know your predicted grades? And it's always best to have at least one backup option to fall back on

Yes the school are predicting a for maths b for psychology and b for biology but I honestly don't see me achieving those grades I thought I had done really well in the summer.
