Hi, I am a 17 year old British Citizen currently living in Spain and have been doing so for the last 9 years.
I am applying to universities in both England and Scotland this year, and I was wondering if Scottish universities would consider me an EU student or an English one if I apply to Student Finance England for my English tuition fees?

As you are a British Citizen you would not be able to apply as an EU Student.
As a British Citizen in order for you to be eligible for funding you would have had to be in the UK living for 3 years before the start of your course.
