ADVICE needed, career choices

I am currently working as an au pair in cambs and I am intrested to continue my studies. I am 19 years old and I have secondary education. I haven't studied in junior high-school and can't attend to 6th form of college as its full time.
In Estonia, only secondary school (till age of 16) is compulsory.
if anyone knows, what options I have left? Adult education is interesting, but I feel like none of the courses can give me proffession? I am mainly intrested in social media, writing, arts, design..
