Safe ppl!, I've had to pick up history and our teachers are pants - one's sick for the term. anyone got any suggestions for books?

Try the Access books, there must be some for your topics. They are designed for A-Level students. You can look up the titles here, and I'm sure your local WHSmith can order it at no extra charge (you have to pay upfront though). Also, OCR examiners have written some books for their topics, which cover all the basics. May be AQA will have that too? ...Ahh what do you know, there appears to be one of those as well :biggrin: Hope that helps :smile:
