Do I need to state this on UCAS application???

So I went into year 12 after two months left and didn't take nor was I entered into any exams, for the remainder of that academic year I went to college then left and got a full time job.
I then reapplied to sixth form and am now currently in year 13.
Do I need to tell them the above information about me leaving etc?

Under 'Education'; you should only include education where you gained qualifications, so there would be no need to mention you dropping out of Sixth Form, but if you finished any courses in college; you need to mention this. Then list a separate time period to show that you are doing another year of Sixth Form.

For example:

2013-2014:
________College.
Qualifications:_______

2014-2015:
________Sixth Form
Qualifications:_______
