Which university?
I have offers from both University of Birmingham and University of York for Politics and International Relations but I'm not sure which one I want to go to.
Which one would people suggest?

Have a look at the modules that you would have to take, and the optional ones, and see what sounds most interesting. Also, the cities are quite different, and it's worth thinking about where you want to be.
