Room Available for Semester 2 - Smithdown Rd, Great Location/Price :)

I am the current tenant of a room in a 7-bed student house right on Smithdown Road, about two seconds from Asda and Aldi and great bus links into town and for getting to universities :smile:

As I'm studying abroad for the second semester I'm looking for someone to take my room after January exams are finished (So maybe someone returning from their first semester away)?

The rent is £75/week including bills, we pay a little extra a month (something miniscule as it's shared between seven of us!!) for BT internet. All my housemates are very lovely and the room itself is a great size.
