Two weeks is plenty of time. Go and start one of them right now, otherwise you'll set yourself up for bad habits of procrastination every time. I failed one class due to procrastination and I have never failed anything before that.So get off TSR and get started.

Spend an hour now, plan it, ensure you have all the stuff you need for it so you can start tommorow. 500 words a day at least.

Two weeks is plenty of time. A week per essay... 4 days researching three days writing each. Just gather all your research and arguments together into a clear structure, make a really detailed plan of what you're going to write for each section and you can write in a matter of hours even.

7 days for 2000 words really shouldn't be a challenge!

Spend 3 days researching. I like to read a paper and then make notes on it.
Spend 3 days writing. Once you factor out the intro and conclusion, you're really only writing 1500 words. 500 words a day isn't too much of a challenge.

1 day over at the end to re-read it and make adjustments.
