How many people work for the student loans company?

Student loans company can't do ****,their website doesn't even work. Sent in a form to increase loan, told me its has been processed gonna take 48 hours to update online account. After 48 hours, told me wait 6 days and says can't even access my account.Called again to speak with someone that can access my account, told me its gonna take at least 13 days.Gives me a date and says to check on that date. Check online no updates,called says sorry it should have been done, tells me to wait again.Are there are like 10 people working for the company, so they have to extend the dates every time.

Sorry you have had such a bad experience trying to get the form processed. As I am unable to access your account, I cant establish exactly why it has taken so long and why you have been given so much conflicting information, however I'm sure now you have made the most recent advisor aware of the problem they will do everything they can to make sure it is updated for you as soon as possible.
