Urgent please help! PGCE 2015 application: What do I need?

Please help me!
I graduated this year, and I want to apply for a PGCE this year. I know applications open soon but I delayed because I had zero experience but in the last 4 days I've had offers from 3 different schools so now I really want to apply.

So I have a few questions.
1. What exactly does a PGCE application consist of? Do you need references? Would my uni tutor and employer do? (I work in a supermarket)
2. I know some universities require experience but would it work if I told them I had experience lined up?
Anything to help me, I have no clue. I'm gonna do my research too I just wanted to hear from someone who has alreadyapplied /is applying soon.
