Medicine interviews

So I applied for medicine for 2015 entry and an really quite nervous at the moment. Hopefully I will get some interviews (fingers crossed) but I am so scared for them! How do I prepare for them?!
Im quite shy and not a very good public speaker. What is the best way to prepare and practice? Also what are common questions that arise at interviews? Also could someone give me the lowdown on MMIs? I know lots of medicL schools use them but what are they? What do they involve
I have this book called "Medical School Interviews", written by George Lee and Oliver Picard, and it has 151 possible questions and how you should answer them, as well as other advice for the interviews. It's really useful
