Is there any loan or bursary available for EU students except for tuition fees loan? Can anyone help? Family income under 20 thousand pounds. Applying for Edinburgh, Kent, Reading, Middlesex, Aberdeen

You'd be looking at funding from individual unis. Some have bursaries/scholarships available for specific subjects or targetted at particular nationalities. You need to look at the websites for each of the unis you're considering.
