ST JOHN'S SUCKS. Discuss

Why is there so much hate towards St Johns? I've been looking at websites lately and it seems the hatred is pretty unanimous but not much reason as to why.

Probably a combination of jealousy on the part of those that arent at johns and hubris from those that are? haha

It's a good college. It's supposedly "hated" because its students have a reputation for being arrogant, but I would hope most people treat that as a joke. I think you'd have to be pretty weird to actually dislike St John's students based on an old joke.

Yes to what people have already said. John's has a reputation for having arrogant, posh students, but the truth is that there are students like that at every college. I would hope that most people take the John's banter as just that... It is an awesome college. :smile:
