"please quote reference"

please help!

I'm applying for a job but on the website it says "Please quote reference:" and then gives an address to send form to. Does this mean quote the reference on the envelope or the form or what?

Quote the reference on a seperate line at the top of your covering letter. i.e. underneath details such as addresses but before you start your actual covering letter.

They're not hard :p: Just google "cover letter" with the kind of job you're applying for, there're loads of templates. :wink:

Stick them at the end of your cv. Works for me!
