PwC Graduate/Higher Apprentices Partner Interview

Hi all,

I've gotten through to this stage after doing the AC with PwC. I'm aware that the company's core values they look for in candidates has changed in the last year or so and now they are:

Whole leadership
Business acumen
Technical capabilities
Global acumen
Relationships

If anyone has interviewed with a Partner/Director based on the latest values I would appreciate their feedback/information on the process as wikijob and other resources are a little outdated.

Many thanks

I had an interview based on the current PwC professional framework. They tend to ask a couple of question based on each value so think about when you have been a leader/in a group, showed awareness of different cultures etc. Have a strong list of 5-10 examples ready which you can throw out for any question asked in each of the competencies.

Hi. are the questions any similar to the telephone interview questions?
The partners probably barely understand the new HR lingo being thrown about. I would advise really getting on top of the issues facing PwC and the service line you're applying for. Also prepare for some kind of case interview relating to the service line you've applied for.
